Increase in the Number of Articles Published per Issue
Dear Authors, Reviewers, and Readers,
In response to the significant increase in manuscript submissions and as part of our commitment to providing broader publication opportunities for the scientific community, the Indonesian Journal of Chemical Studies (IJCS) is pleased to announce an important update to its publication policy.
Beginning with the 2026 publication year (Vol. 5 No. 1), IJCS will increase the number of articles published in each issue up to 15 articles per issue.
This initiative aims to:
- Accommodate the growing number of high-quality manuscript submissions.
- Reduce publication waiting times for accepted manuscripts.
- Expand opportunities for researchers worldwide to disseminate their scientific findings.
- Continue supporting the advancement of high-quality research across the journal's scope.
Please note that this increase in publication capacity will not affect the journal's editorial standards or the rigor of its peer-review process. Every submitted manuscript will continue to undergo a thorough and objective editorial evaluation and double-blind peer review to ensure the highest standards of scientific quality and integrity.
We sincerely appreciate the continued trust and support of our authors, reviewers, editorial board members, and readers. We look forward to serving the global research community more effectively and facilitating the wider dissemination of impactful scientific research.
