About the Journal

One Health Indonesia (One Health Indones.) is a peer-reviewed, open-access, multidisciplinary journal dedicated to advancing the science and practice of One Health in Indonesia and other tropical regions. The journal promotes an integrated and collaborative approach to understanding the interconnected health of humans, animals, plants, and the environment.

The journal welcomes original research articles, review articles, case reports, short communications, policy analyses, and other scholarly contributions relevant to One Health. Its scope includes, but is not limited to, zoonotic diseases, public health, veterinary medicine, environmental health, food safety, antimicrobial resistance, epidemiology, biodiversity, climate change, health promotion, and sustainable development.

One Health Indonesia is managed and published by the Indonesian Scholar Society. The journal is published quarterly, with four issues released annually in March, June, September, and December.

The journal applies an open-access policy, whereby all published articles are freely available to readers immediately upon publication. Authors retain the copyright to their work and grant the journal the right of first publication. The licensing terms for each article are stated clearly on the published article page.

All manuscripts undergo an initial editorial assessment and peer review by qualified reviewers. Authors, reviewers, and editors are expected to comply with established principles of publication ethics, research integrity, transparency, and confidentiality. The journal does not tolerate plagiarism, duplicate publication, fabrication, falsification, conflicts of interest that are not disclosed, or other forms of academic misconduct.
